| 摘要: |
| 自2022年1月以来,欧、美、日等多个地区和国家陆续出现不明原因儿童严重急性肝炎病例，引起全球广泛关注。感染者多为16岁以内儿童,以消化道症状、黄疸以及转氨酶升高为共同表现,部分患者发病后病情进展迅速,需临床高度重视。为及时识别诊治该病,更好应对不明原因儿童严重急性肝炎疫情发生,通过梳理国外文献报道及国内外儿童肝病相关指南共识,结合临床实际工作,制订本诊疗建议。 |

| Abstract: |
| Increasing cases of acute severe hepatitis of unknown origin were reported among young children in several regions and countries in Europe, the United States and Japan since Jan. 2022, causing widespread concern worldwide. Most of the infected patients were children under 16 years, with common manifestations of digestive symptoms, jaundice and elevated aminotransferase levels. Some patients deteriorated rapidly after the onset of the disease, requiring high clinical attention. For the purpose of identifying, diagnosing and treating the disease in a timely manner, and better responding to the outbreak of acute severe hepatitis of unknown origin in children, the recommendations are formulated by reviewing literature and consensus guidelines on children’s liver disease at home and abroad, and clinical practice. |
