儿童医院合理用药信息智能提示系统的构建及应用

摘要:
目的:构建并应用儿童医院合理用药信息智能提示系统,使医师、护士、药师在临床一线工作时能够更加方便、快捷、准确地查询药品信息,并获得用药风险要点提示。 方法:建立合理用药信息智能提示系统,添加儿童专用功能模块,利用 SPSS22. 0 软件比较分析应用系统前后的不合理处方/ 医嘱比例,同时统计系统应用后提供的药学风险要点提示数目及类型。 结果:合理用药信息智能提示系统运行后,不合理处方/ 医嘱比例显著下降,运行初期由 20. 09%下降至 6. 36%,平稳期降至 2. 68%;与2020 年同期比较,2021 年不合理处方/ 医嘱比例下降明显,由 20. 09%降至 5. 46%(P 均<0. 05)。 自系统应用后,共提供 5 192 条风险提示信息,包括高危(红色)220 条(4. 24%),中危(黄色)1 458 条(28. 08%),低危(橙色)3 514 条(67. 68%);其中儿童用药剂量信息提示最多,达 2 827 条(54. 45%),其次为药品不良反应信息提示,达 917 条(17. 66%)。 结论:儿童医院应用合理用药信息智能提示系统可为临床提供精准化药学信息服务,提高医护人员工作效率及处方/ 医嘱合理率,减少用药错误,促进医院提升合理用药水平。

Construction and Application of Intelligent Prompt System for Rational Drug Use Information in Children’ s Hospital

Abstract:
Objective: To construct and apply the intelligent prompt system for rational drug use information in children’s hospital, so that clinicians, nurses and pharmacists can more conveniently, quickly and accurately query drug information and obtain key tips of drug use risk when working in the clinic. Methods: An intelligent prompt system for rational drug use information was constructed, and special function modules for children were added. SPSS 22. 0 software was used to compare and analyze the proportion of irrational prescriptions/ medical orders before and after application of the system. Meanwhile, the number and types of key tips for pharmaceutical risks provided by the system were counted. Results: After the intelligent prompt system for rational drug use information was put into operation, the proportion of irrational prescriptions/ medical orders decreased significantly, from 20. 09% to 6. 36% at the initial stage of operation, and to 2. 68% in the stable stage. Compared with the same period in 2020, the proportion of irrational prescriptions/ medical orders in 2021 decreased significantly, from 20. 09% to 5. 46% (P<0. 05). After application of the system, a total of 5,192 items of risk information were provided, including 220 items (4. 24%) of high-risk information (red), 1,458 items (28. 08%) of medium-risk information (yellow) and 3,514 items (67. 68%) of low-risk information (orange). Among them, the dosage information of children was the most, totally 2, 827 items ( 54. 45%), followed by adverse drug reaction information, totally 917 items ( 17. 66%). Conclusion: The application of intelligent prompt system for rational drug use information in children’ s hospital can provide accurate pharmaceutical information service for the clinic, improve the work efficiency of medical staff and the rational rate of prescriptions/ medical orders, reduce medication errors, and promote the level of rational drug use in hospitals.
