| 目的:在我院原有新生儿肠外营养(PN)液成品核对方法的基础上探讨更优化的核对方法。 方法:通过对新生儿 PN 常 用成分进行称量,得到相应体积-质量转换关系,用于计算 PN 理论质量。 对于粉针剂药品,溶解后与空白溶媒进行 Mann- Whitney U 检验,比较差异。 将 PN 成品的理论质量在标签上予以体现,便于核对人员称质量比对。 结果:新核对方法使放行标 准可视化,平均每袋核对时间缩短了 44. 68%。 结论:新核对方法操作简单,灵敏度高,保证了新生儿用药安全性,可在临床推广 应用。 |

| Objective: To explore the more optimized verification method for finished infusions of neonatal parenteral nutrition (PN) based on the existing pre-made neonatal PN solution verification method in our hospital. Methods: The commonly used components of neonatal PN were weighed, and volume-mass conversion relationships for calculating the theoretical mass of PN were established. For powdered drug formulations, Mann-Whitney U tests after dissolution were performed, and the differences with blank solvents were compared. The theoretical quality of the finished infusions of PN was reflected on the label, making it easy for checkers to weigh and compare. Results: The new verification method visualized release criteria, reducing the average verification time per bag by 44. 68%. Conclusion: The new method is simple to operate, highly sensitive, ensures the safety of medication for neonates, and can be widely applied in clinical practice. |
