| 目的:探讨儿童医院如何利用“互联网+药学服务”和药品配送模式,为患儿家长提供全面的儿科药学服务,使患儿家长
足不出户即可安全有效地获得高质量药学服务。方法:基于我院互联网医院,建立处方前置审方平台、移动药学服务平台、药品
配送系统,统计分析2021 年8 月1 日-2022 年8 月1 日药学服务事件中处方审核、用药交代、科普宣教、线上咨询、药品配送等
相关数据。结果:互联网用药服务体系运行后,药师总计前置审方2 284 985 张,不合理处方总计172 324 张,不合格率为
7. 54%,其中不合理因素主要是用法用量不适宜和适应证不适宜,占不合理处方的73. 91%。建立了三维用药交代体系。共发
布227 篇原创科普文章,其中文字类162 篇,视频类65 篇。互联网用药咨询次数达到2 460 例次,平均每天6. 8 例次。患儿年
龄主要集中在7 岁以内,占总咨询人数的86. 40%。用药咨询主要集中在12 个科室,呼吸科、皮肤科、消化科咨询例数占
69. 27%,与儿童常见患病种类相符。互联网用药咨询问题主要集中在用法用量、药品储存,共占比77. 64%。目前总计配送药
品单数390 单,日均配送4. 3 单。其中河南省内334 单,省外56 单。结论:我院构建了互联网儿童用药服务体系,大力开展互联
网诊疗服务,进一步完善“互联网+医疗健康”服务功能,使药师药学服务贯穿在患儿就诊的全过程,提升和挖掘了药师的价值。 |

| Construction and Application of Internet Medication Service System in Children’s Hospital |

| Abstract: |
| Objective: To explore the use of “Internet + pharmaceutical care” and drug delivery model in children’s hospitals to
provide comprehensive pediatric pharmaceutical care for parents of children, so that parents of children can safely and effectively obtain
high-quality pharmaceutical care without leaving home. Methods: Based on the Internet hospital, the prescription pre-review platform,
mobile pharmaceutical care platform and drug delivery system were established. Relevant data of prescription review, medication
replacement, science popularization and education, online consultation and drug delivery in pharmaceutical care events from Aug. 1st ,
2021 to Aug. 1st , 2022 were statistically analyzed. Results: After implementation of the internet drug service system, a total of 2,284,985
prescriptions were pre-reviewed by pharmacists, with 172,324 irrational prescriptions, and the unqualified rate was 7. 54%. The
irrational factors were mainly inappropriate usage and dosage and inappropriate indications, accounting for 73. 91% of the irrational
prescriptions. A three-dimensional medication directions system was established. A total of 227 original popular science articles were
published, including 162 text articles and 65 video articles. The number of online consultations reached 2,460, with an average of 6. 8
per day. The patients were mainly under 7 years old, accounting for 86. 40%. The consultations were mainly concentrated in 12
departments, and the number of consultations in respiratory, dermatology, and gastroenterology accounted for 69. 27%, which was
consistent with the common diseases in children. The distribution of online consultation questions mainly focused on usage and dosage,
and drug storage, accounting for 77. 64%. The total number of drug orders delivered was 390, with an average daily delivery of 4. 3
orders. Among them, 334 were from Henan province and 56 were from other places. Conclusion: Our hospital has established the
internet drug service system for children, vigorously carried out internet diagnosis and treatment services, and further improved the
service function of “Internet + medical health”. The pharmacists can provide pharmaceutical care in the whole process of children’s
treatment, which enhance and explore the value of pharmacists. |
