患者抗菌药物使用率及使用强度均未达标,使用PDCA 循环方法进行干预,分析干预后(2022 年7-12 月)儿科住院患者抗菌药
物使用率及使用强度达标情况。结果:应用PDCA 循环管理后,我院儿科住院患者抗菌药物使用率及使用强度逐月下降,2022
年9-12 月稳定控制在医院标准内。结论:将PDCA 循环管理用于我院儿科住院患者抗菌药物使用质量控制,对降低儿科住院
患者抗菌药物使用率及使用强度效果显著。 |

Abstract: |
Objective: To investigate the effect of PDCA cycle in reducing the utilization rate and intensity of antibiotics in pediatric
inpatients. Methods: From Jan. to Jun. 2022, the utilization rate and intensity of antibiotics in pediatric inpatients in our hospital were
not up to the standard. PDCA cycle method was used for intervention. After intervention (from Jul. to Dec. 2022), the utilization rate
and intensity of antibiotics in pediatric inpatients were analyzed. Results: After implementation of PDCA cycle management, the
utilization rate and intensity of antibiotics in pediatric inpatients at our hospital showed a monthly decline. From Sept. to Dec. 2022,
these metrics stabilized within the hospital standards. Conclusion: The application of PDCA cycle management for quality control of
antibiotics utilization in pediatric inpatients in our hospital has demonstrated significant effectiveness in reducing both the utilization rate
and intensity of antibiotics in pediatric inpatients. |
