| 目的:探讨奥司他韦致儿童药品不良反应的特点,为临床安全用药提供指导。方法:检索中国知网、万方和PubMed 数据
库,检索时限均为建库至2023 年2 月,收集有关奥司他韦在儿童人群使用中的药品不良反应的病例报道。采用文献计量学方
法进行统计分析,总结奥司他韦的药品不良反应发生情况和特征。结果:经过筛选,纳入儿童的药品不良反应病例报道共30
篇,其中中文文献17 篇,英文文献13 篇,共33 例病例;药品不良反应发生时间主要集中在用药后3 d 内(31 例,93. 94%);累及
的系统/ 器官为神经系统(13 例,39. 39%)、消化系统(9 例,27. 27%)、皮肤系统(4 例,12. 12%)、眼器官(3 例,9. 09%)、心血管
系统(2 例,6. 06%)、免疫系统(1 例,3. 03%)、泌尿系统(1 例,3. 03%) 和鼻器官(1 例,3. 03%) 等。其中,新的药品不良反应有
头部和肢体不自主抖动、顽固性呃逆、视力障碍和过敏性休克等。结论:临床上应严格按照药品说明书给药,并重视奥司他韦的
药品不良反应,尤其是新的严重的不良反应,提高用药监护意识,确保患儿用药安全。 |

| Literature Analysis of Adverse Drug Reactions Induced by Oseltamivir in Children |

| Abstract: |
| Objective: To probe into the characteristics of adverse drug reactions induced by oseltamivir in children, so as to provide
guidance for clinical safe drug use. Methods: CNKI, Wanfang and PubMed were searched from the establishment of the database to
Feb. 2023 to collect the reports on adverse drug reactions induced by oseltamivir in children. The incidence and characteristics of
adverse drug reactions induced by oseltamivir were summarized by bibliometric analysis. Results: A total of 30 reports of adverse drug
reactions induced by oseltamivir were collected, including 17 in Chinese and 13 in English, with 33 cases in total. The occurrence time
of adverse drug reactions induced by oseltamivir was mainly within 3 d (31 cases, 93. 94%). The main involved systems/ organs were
the nervous systems (13 cases, 39.39%), digestive system (9 cases, 27.27%), skin system (4 cases, 12.12%), ocular organ (3 cases,
9. 09%), cardiovascular system (2 cases, 6. 06%), immune system (1 cases, 3. 03%), urinary system (1 case, 3. 03%) and nasal
organ (1 case, 3. 03%). New adverse drug reactions were involuntary head and limb shaking, hiccups, visual impairment and
anaphylactic shock. Conclusion: Oseltamivir should be used strictly in accordance with drug instructions, and attention should be paid
to the adverse drug reactions of oseltamivir, especially the new severe adverse drug reactions, and the awareness of medication
monitoring should be improved to ensure the medication safety for children. |
