| 目的:了解贝林妥欧单抗治疗儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)的药物不良反应及处理措施,为开展药学监护提供参考。
方法:分别从PubMed、EMBase、CNKI、万方和Sinomed 等数据库检索现有文献,从ClinicalTrials. gov 提取临床试验数据,从美国
食品药品监督管理局不良事件报告系统(FAERS)获取国外药物警戒数据,梳理贝林妥欧单抗治疗儿童ALL 时可能出现的不良
反应类型、发生率及处理措施。结果:与传统化疗方案相比,贝林妥欧单抗的总不良反应发生率较低,整体安全性较好。主要不
良反应包括细胞因子释放综合征、免疫效应细胞相关神经毒性综合征、血细胞减低和感染等。结合药理机制和现有临床研究结
果,早期预防、识别和快速处理是药学监护的重点。结论:贝林妥欧单抗治疗儿童ALL 安全性较好,及早发现、对症处理和药学
监护对减少不良反应至关重要。 |

| Objective: To investigate the adverse drug reactions and management measures of blinatumomab in the treatment of acute
lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) in children, in order to provide reference for pharmaceutical care. Methods: PubMed, EMBase,
CNKI, Wanfang and Sinomed databases were retrieved to collect the relevant literature. Clinical trial data were retrieved from
ClinicalTrials. gov, and pharmacovigilance data were retrieved from U. S. Food and Drug Administration Adverse Event Reporting System
(FAERS). The types, incidence and treatment measures of adverse drug reactions that may occur in the treatment of ALL with
belintuozumab were reviewed. Results: Compared with traditional chemotherapy regimens, the incidence of total adverse drug reactions
of belintuozumab was lower and the overall safety was better. The most significant adverse drug reactions included cytokine release
syndrome, immune effector cell-related neurotoxic syndrome, hypogammaglobulinemia, decreased blood count and infection. Based on
pharmacological properties, early prevention, recognition, rapid symptomatic management and patient education were the focus of
pharmaceutical care. Conclusion: The safety of belintuozumab in the treatment of children with ALL is good, early detection and
symptomatic management of pharmaceutical care are crucial to reduce adverse drug reactions. |
