| 目的:观察釜底抽薪散外敷涌泉穴佐治儿童急性上呼吸道感染发热的临床疗效。 方法:将 120 例急性上呼吸道感染患儿
按随机数表法分为观察组和对照组各 60 例。 对照组给予抗感染、止咳化痰、补液等常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用釜
底抽薪散外敷涌泉穴。 观察并记录患儿一般资料、临床疗效、退热效果及不良反应发生情况等。 结果:观察组不良反应轻微,总
有效率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05);痊愈率为 58. 3%,高于对照组的 38. 3%(P<0. 05);治疗后退热起效时间、体
温首次降至正常时间、完全退热时间、口服退热药次数、中性粒细胞百分比、血清淀粉样蛋白 A 均短于或低于对照组(P<0. 05)。
结论:釜底抽薪散外敷涌泉穴联合常规西医方案治疗儿童急性上呼吸道感染,对发热的疗效确切,可增强退热效果、缩短退热时
间、减少退热药使用频次,促进患儿康复。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective:
To
observe
the
clinical
efficacy
of
external
application
of
Fudi
Chouxin
powder
at
Yongquan
acupoint
in
the
treatment
of
acute
upper
respiratory
tract
infection
fever
in
children.
Methods:
Totally
120
children
with
acute
upper
respiratory
tract
infection
were
randomly
divided
into
the
observation
group
and
control
group,
with
60
cases
in
each
group.
The
control
group
was
given
conventional
treatment
such
as
anti-infection,
cough
and
phlegm
relief
and
fluid
replenishing,
while
the
observation
group
received
external
application
of
Fudi
Chouxin
powder
at
Yongquan
acupoint
based
on
the
conventional
treatment.
General
data,
clinical
efficacy,
antipyretic
effect
and
adverse
drug
reactions
were
observed
and
recorded.
Results:
Adverse
drug
reactions
in
the
observation
group
were
mild,
and
the
difference
of
total
effective
rate
between
observation
group
and
control
group
was
not
statistically
significant
(P>0. 05).
The
recovery
rate
of
observation
group
was
58. 3%,
higher
than
38. 3%
of
control
group
(P<0. 05).
After
treatment,
the
onset
time
of
fever
relief,
the
time
when
body
temperature
first
fell
to
normal,
complete
regression
time
of
fever,
frequency
of
oral
antipyretic
drugs,
percentage
of
neutrophil
and
serum
amyloid
A
of
observation
group
were
shorter
or
lower
than
those
of
control
group
( P < 0. 05).
Conclusion:
External
application
of
Fudi
Chouxin
powder
at
Yongquan
acupoint
combined
with
conventional
Western
medicine
is
effective
in
the
treatment
of
acute
upper
respiratory
tract
infection,
which
can
significantly
enhance
the
effects
of
antipyretic,
shorten
the
duration
of
fever,
reduce
the
frequency
of
antipyretic
drugs,
and
promote
the
recovery
of
children. |
