| 目的:探讨喜炎平注射液药物利用评价(DUE)标准的建立与应用,为喜炎平注射液在儿童患者中的合理使用提供参考。
方法:以喜炎平注射液说明书为基础,参考相关共识及指南建立新乡市第一人民医院喜炎平注射液 DUE 标准,并采用加权逼近
理想解排序(TOPSIS)法对我院 2023 年 3-6 月使用喜炎平注射液的 130 份患儿归档病历进行评价及分析。 结果:制订的喜炎平
注射液 DUE 标准包括用药指征、用药过程、用药结果 3 个方面,11 项评价指标。 经评价我医院患儿在喜炎平注射液使用过程中
存在的主要问题为用法用量不适宜 24 例(18. 46%)、无适应证用药 15 例(11. 54%)、用药疗程不适宜 12 例(9. 23%)、给药速度
不适宜 6 例(4. 62%)。 结论:基于加权 TOPSIS 法的儿科应用喜炎平注射液 DUE 方法可综合多个评价指标,操作性强,评价方
法简便灵活,但我院儿科喜炎平注射液的临床应用存在不合理使用现象,应加强点评和干预。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective:
To
explore
the
establishment
and
application
of
drug
utilization
evaluation
( DUE)
criteria
for
Xiyanping
injection,
so
as
to
provide
references
for
the
rational
application
of
Xiyanping
injection
in
Pediatrics.
Methods:
Based
on
drug
instructions
of
Xiyanping
injection
and
by
referring
to
the
relevant
expert
consensus
and
guidelines,
DUE
criteria
for
Xiyanping
injection
in
the
First
People’s
Hospital
of
Xinxiang
was
established,
and
the
weighted
technique
for
order
preference
by
similarity
to
ideal
solution
(TOPSIS)
method
was
employed
for
evaluating
a
total
of
130
pediatric
archived
medical
records
of
Xiyanping
injection
from
Mar.
to
Jun.
2023.
Results:
DUE
criteria
for
Xiyanping
injection
was
established
from
medication
indications,
medication
process
and
medication
results,
with
11
evaluation
indicators.
After
evaluation,
the
main
problems
in
the
application
of
Xiyanping
injection
in
children
in
the
hospital
were
improper
usage
and
dosage
in
24
cases
(18. 46%),
non-indication
medication
in
15
cases
(11. 54%),
improper
course
of
treatment
in
12
cases
(9. 23%),
and
inappropriate
interval
of
drug
administration
in
6
cases
(4. 62%).
Conclusion:
DUE
criteria
for
Xiyanping
injection
in
Pediatrics
based
on
weighted
TOPSIS
method
can
integrate
multiple
evaluation
parameters,
with
a
strong
operability.
And
the
evaluation
method
is
simple
and
flexible.
However,
there
are
some
irrational
application
of
Xiyanping
injection
in
Pediatrics,
and
the
clinic
should
strengthen
the
reviews
and
interventions. |
