| 目的:探讨临床药师对抗髓鞘少突胶质细胞糖蛋白免疫球蛋白G 抗体相关疾病(MOGAD)药学监护的切入点、侧重点,
为临床药学实践工作提供参考。方法:临床药师以2021-2022 年在我院治疗的25 例MOGAD 患儿为研究对象,深入开展个体
化药学服务,设置重点监护患儿,评估疗效并调整治疗方案,监测药品不良反应,关注药物相互作用。结果:25 例患儿中,男12
例,年龄(6. 3±3. 0)岁,体质量21. 0(18. 0,33. 3)kg;女13 例,年龄(7. 7±3. 3)岁,体质量25. 0(17. 9,33. 9)kg。所有患儿均符合
糖皮质激素治疗指征,7 例患儿发生了不良反应,5 例(20. 0%)高眼压,1 例(4. 0%)肝酶异常,1 例(4. 0%) 呕吐,总体不良反应
发生率为28. 0%。2 例复发患儿加用免疫抑制剂治疗,1 例患儿药物治疗存在相互作用。结论:临床药师作为多学科治疗团队
中的一员,全程参与药物治疗管理,主动为患者提供药学监护服务,有助于促进合理用药,体现了药师工作价值。 |

| Objective: To explore the entry points and focus of clinical pharmacists’ pharmaceutical practice for anti-myelin
oligodendrocyte glycoprotein-IgG antibody-associated diseases ( MOGAD), so as to provide reference for clinical pharmaceutical
practice. Methods: Taking 25 children with MOGAD admitted into our hospital from 2021 to 2022 as the research objects, clinical
pharmacists carried out in-depth individualized pharmaceutical practice, set up key monitoring of children, assessed efficacy and
adjusted the treatment regimen, monitored adverse drug reactions, and paid attention to drug interactions. Results: Of the 25 children,
12 cases were male, aged (6.3±3.0) years, with a body mass of 21.0 (18.0, 33.3) kg, and 13 cases were female, aged (7.7±3.3) years,
with a body mass of 25. 0 (17. 9, 33. 9) kg. All children met the indications of glucocorticoid therapy. Adverse drug reactions occurred
in 7 children, including intraocular hypertension in 5 cases (20. 0%), abnormal liver enzymes in 1 case (4. 0%), and vomiting in
1 case ( 4. 0%). The overall incidence of adverse drug reactions was 28. 0%. Two cases with relapse were treated with
immunosuppressant, and one case had drug interaction. Conclusion: As a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team, clinical
pharmacists actively participate into the drug treatment management, provide pharmaceutical practice for clinicians and patients, which
help promote rational drug use and reflect the value of clinical pharmacists. |
