| 脑室内出血(intraventricular hemorrhage,IVH)是早产儿颅内出血常见类型之一,常由室管膜下生发基质出血破入脑室系统引起。早产儿IVH 发病率波动在20%~30%,胎龄越小,发病率越高,且发生重度IVH 的风险越大。在胎龄(gestational age, GA) <28 周的早产儿中,重度IVH 发生率可达13. 1%。 |
