联网和线下药学门诊就诊人数的相关性;并通过电话随访,统计患者就诊来源和就诊满意度。结果:相同月份下,科普导流后儿
科药学门诊互联网就诊人数较导流前增加96%,线下门诊增加144%,导流前后两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0. 01);微信公
众号科普净增关注数与药学门诊线上就诊人数存在正相关关系,Pearson 相关系数为0. 77(P<0. 01)。随访显示,60%的互联网
患者和48%线下患者就诊来源于微信公众号科普吸引,其次就诊来源是医生转诊和复诊。结论:科普可能是提升儿科药学门诊
就诊量的一种有效途径。 |

| Precise Diversion Mode and Effectiveness Evaluation of Pediatric Pharmacist-Led Clinic Based on Science Popularization |

| Objective: To explore the methods of precise diversion mode and effectiveness evaluation of Pediatric Pharmacist-Led Clinic
based on science popularization. Methods: The online and offline Pediatric Pharmacist-Led Clinic visits were compared before diversion
(from Oct. 2021 to Sept. 2022) and after diversion (from Oct. 2022 to Sept. 2023). The correlation between the number of popular
science reading, the number of net increased attention and the number of online and offline Pediatric Pharmacist-Led Clinic visits were
analyzed. Patient registration sources and satisfaction results were recorded by telephone follow-up. Results: In the same month, the
online number of Pediatric Pharmacist-Led Clinic visits after diversion increased by 96% compared with that before diversion, and the
offline number of clinics increased by 144%, with statistically significant differences between two groups (P <0. 01). There was a
positive correlation between the increased number of attention of public pharmacy account and the online number of Pharmacist-Led
Clinic visits, and the Pearson correlation coefficient was 0. 77 (P<0. 01). Follow-up results showed that 60% of online and 48% of
offline visits came from science popularization of public pharmacy account, followed by clinician referral and return visit. Conclusion:
Pharmaceutical popularization may be an effective method to increase the Pediatric Pharmacist-Led Clinic visits. |
