| 目的:分析促性腺激素释放激素类似物(GnRHa)治疗中枢性性早熟(CPP)及快进展型青春期(EFP)患儿过程中出现的
明显局部不良反应的临床经验,评估严重不良反应的发生率。方法:回顾性分析2020-2023 年安徽医科大学第二附属医院确诊
为CPP 及EFP 并接受GnRHa 治疗的患儿随访资料,对发生显著不良反应的儿童的临床特征进行分析,并评估不良反应发生
率。结果:接受GnRHa 治疗的635 例患儿中,发生无菌脓肿10 例。33 例患儿注射GnRHa 后出现一过性月经来潮,45 例有注射
部位疼痛、肿胀,41 例曾出现注射部位硬结,1 例出现过敏反应。结论:临床医师应警惕GnRHa 治疗过程中可能出现的不良反
应,并在治疗过程中严密监测。 |

| Objective: To analyze the clinical experience of local adverse drug reactions of gonadotropin-releasing hormone analogues
(GnRHa) in the treatment of children with central precocious puberty (CPP) and early and fast puberty (EFP), and evaluate the incidence of severe adverse drug reactions. Methods: Retrospective analysis was conducted on the follow-up data of children diagnosed
with CPP and EFP and treated with GnRHa at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from 2020 to 2023. Clinical
characteristics of children with significant adverse drug reactions were analyzed, and the incidence of adverse drug reactions was
evaluated. Results: Among the cohort of 635 children undergoing GnRHa treatment, 10 cases had sterile abscesses. Thirty-three
children had transient menstruation after GnRHa injection, 45 cases had pain and swelling at the injection site, 41 cases had induration
at the injection site, and 1 case had allergic reaction. Conclusion: Clinicians should be alert to possible adverse drug reactions during
GnRHa therapy and closely monitor the course of treatment. |
