| Abstract: |
| Objective: To probe into the clinical efficacy of Changma Xifeng tablets combined with aripiprazole in the treatment of
multiple tic disorders in children and its effects on the levels of serum insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) and norepinephrine (NE).
Methods: A total of 124 children with multiple tic disorders admitted into our hospital from Apr. 2022 to May 2024 were randomly
divided into the control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 62 cases in each group. The
control group was treated with aripiprazole, while the observation group received Changma Xifeng tablets based on the control group.
Results: After treatment, the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 91. 94%, significantly higher than 77. 42% of the
control group (P<0. 05). After treatment, the Yale Tourette Syndrome Global Severity Scale, NE and dopamine levels in both groups
decreased significantly, while the Adolescent Mental Health Scale, γ-aminobutyric acid and IGF-1 increased significantly, the
observation group was superior to the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion: Changma Xifeng tablets combined with aripiprazole in the
treatment of children with multiple tic disorders is superior to aripiprazole alone in relieving tic intensity, regulating neurotransmitters,
and enhancing IGF-1. The comprehensive efficacy is significant and the safety is relatively high. |
