| 目的:分析临床药师参与的1 例精神障碍患儿视物模糊并发胆道感染的药物治疗实践,为儿童精神障碍合并躯体疾病
的药物治疗提供药学支持思路。方法:临床药师通过参与1 例精神障碍患儿视物模糊并发胆道感染的4 次药学会诊,对患儿视
物模糊的原因进行分析,减慢抗精神病药物滴定速度,对患儿胆道感染的治疗提出更为优化的方案,并进行药学监护。结果:临
床药师提出的治疗方案被医师采纳,患儿视物模糊好转,胆道感染得以控制。结论:在精神障碍患儿服药后视物模糊并发胆道
感染的治疗过程中,临床药师利用自身专业知识,及时协助医师应对药物不良反应,并进行抗感染治疗方案的调整,确保患儿治
疗方案的安全性和有效性。 |

| Abstract]Objective: To analyze the clinical pharmaceutical practice for a case of child with mental disorder complicated with blurred
vision and biliary tract infection, and to provide pharmaceutical reference for the medication of children with mental disorders
complicated with physical diseases. Methods: The clinical pharmacist participated into four pharmaceutical consultations for a child with
mental disorder who presented with blurred vision and biliary tract infection. The pharmacists analyzed the potential causes of blurred
vision, recommended slowing the titration rate of antipsychotic drugs, proposed an optimized anti-infective treatment regimen for the
biliary tract infection, and provided pharmaceutical care. Results: The treatment regimen suggested by the clinical pharmacists was
adopted by the clinicians. The blurred vision of the child was improved, and the biliary tract infection was effectively controlled.
Conclusion: In the treatment of child with mental disorder complicated with blurred vision and biliary tract infection following
medication, the clinical pharmacists, leveraging their professional knowledge, promptly assist the clinicians in dealing with the adverse
drug reactions and adjust the anti-infective treatment regimen, ensuring the safety and effectiveness of medication for children. |
