| 目的:探讨七氟醚不同麻醉时间对3~6 岁龋齿患儿术后6 个月格赛尔发展量表评分的影响。方法:选取2023 年7 月-2024 年
6 月在南宁市妇幼保健院接受全麻下龋齿治疗的3~6 岁儿童120 例,根据七氟烷麻醉时间分为A 组(<1 h)、B 组(1~2 h)、C 组
(>2~3 h)各40 例,3 组均使用七氟烷术中维持麻醉。3 组患儿分别在治疗前、治疗后6 个月进行格塞尔发展量表评分测试,该
测试包含4 个方面的能力:动作能、应物能、言语能、应人能。结果:3 组患儿术前与术后6 个月的动作能、应物能、言语能、应人
能评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P 均>0. 05)。结论:单次应用七氟烷维持麻醉,时间<3 h,对接受全麻下龋齿治疗的3~6 岁
儿童术后6 个月的格赛尔发展量表评分无不利影响。 |

| Effects of Different Anesthesia Duration with Sevoflurane on Postoperative Gesell Development Scale Scoresin Children with Dental Caries |

| Objective: To probe into the effects of different anesthesia duration with sevoflurane on postoperative Gesell Development
Scale scores in children aged 3 to 6 years with dental caries after surgery of 6 months. Methods: A total of 120 children aged 3 to 6
years who received dental caries treatment under general anesthesia at Nanning Maternal and Child Health Hospital from Jul. 2023 to
Jun. 2024 were extracted to be divided into the group A (<1 h), group B (1 to 2 h), and group C (>2 to 3 h) according to the
anesthesia duration of sevoflurane, with 40 cases in each group. All three groups were maintained under anesthesia with sevoflurane
during the surgery. The three groups of children underwent the Gesser Development Scale before treatment and after treatment of 6
months. The test included four aspects of abilities: motor ability, physical ability, speech ability, and interpersonal ability. Results:
There was no statistically significant difference in scoring of motor ability, physical ability, speech ability, and interpersonal ability
among three groups before treatment and after treatment of 6 months (P >0. 05). Conclusion: Only one anesthesia session and a
duration of less than 3 h of sevoflurane anesthesia has no adverse effect on the Gesell Development Scale scores in children aged 3 to 6
years with dental caries after surgery of 6 months. |
