| Abstract: |
| Objective: To analyze the etiology and clinical treatment process of allergic reaction induced by compound amino acid
injection (14AA-SF) in our hospital, and to provide reference for the safe and rational clinical application. Methods: The drug was
evaluated by using the correlation evaluation criteria for adverse drug reactions, and retrospective analysis was performed on mechanism
and case reports of allergic reaction induced by previous compound amino acid injection. Results: The association of compound amino
acid injection (14AA-SF) with allergic reaction was “very likely”. Due to the timely identification of adverse drug reactions and
implementation of effective therapeutic interventions, the symptoms were successfully alleviated. Conclusion: When using compound
amino acid injection (14AA-SF) without sulfite antioxidants in clinical practice, attention should be paid to the prevention and treatment
of allergic reaction. The infusion rate should be strictly controlled according to the drug instructions, and patients’ condition should be closely
monitored after the start of infusion, especially within 30 min, with treatment measures and emergency protocols prepared in advance. |
