| 托法替布联合沙利度胺治疗幼年皮肌炎合并皮下钙化临床研究 |

| 目的:通过分析6 例托法替布联合沙利度胺治疗的幼年皮肌炎合并皮下钙化患儿的临床特点、诊治经过及预后,以提高
临床医师对该病的认识。方法:收集河南省儿童医院肾脏风湿免疫科2021 年9 月至2023 年12 月收治的6 例应用托法替布、沙
利度胺联合糖皮质激素及免疫抑制剂治疗幼年皮肌炎合并皮下钙化患儿的临床资料。总结托法替布联合沙利度胺治疗幼年皮
肌炎合并皮下钙化的有效性及安全性。结果:所有患儿治疗后临床症状、肌酶、炎症指标、影像学表现均有好转,均未发生严重
不良反应。结论:托法替布联合沙利度胺治疗幼年皮肌炎合并皮下钙化疗效显著,治疗期间应注意监测感染情况、血常规。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective: To analyze the clinical characteristics, treatment process and prognosis of 6 children with juvenile
dermatomyositis complicated with calcinosis who were treated with tofacitinib combined with thalidomide, so as to enhance the
understanding of the disease in clinicians. Methods: Clinical data from six children with juvenile dermatomyositis complicated with
calcinosis who were treated with tofacitinib, thalidomide combined with glucocorticoid and immunosuppressants in the Department of
Nephrology, Rheumatology and Immunology at Henan Children’s Hospital from Sept. 2021 to Dec. 2023 were collected. The efficacy
and safety of tofacitinib combined with thalidomide in the treatment of juvenile dermatomyositis complicated with calcinosis were
summarized. Results: After treatment, all patients exhibited improvements in clinical symptoms, muscle enzyme levels, inflammatory
markers, and imaging findings, with no severe adverse drug reactions reported. Conclusion: Tofacitinib combined with thalidomide
exhibits significant efficacy in the treatment of juvenile dermatomyositis complicated with calcinosis. During treatment, close monitoring
of infections and blood parameters is recommended. |
