| 目的:探讨罗沙司他治疗肾性贫血患儿的可行性。方法:对2 例使用罗沙司他治疗的肾性贫血患儿的真实病例进行分
析,通过查阅文献并结合患儿相关检查结果,分析罗沙司他治疗儿童肾性贫血的有效性、安全性。结果:罗沙司他治疗儿童肾性
贫血疗效显著且安全性良好,但使用过程中需密切监测血红蛋白水平以调整剂量,并警惕铁代谢异常、中枢性甲状腺功能减退
症、药物相互作用等安全性问题。结论:罗沙司他在治疗肾性贫血患儿中具有潜在的应用价值,但考虑到本研究属于小样本病
例分析,因此罗沙司他是否能应用于更多肾性贫血患儿,还需基于更大样本量、更长随访时间进一步探讨。 |

| Objective: To explore the feasibility of roxadustat in the treatment of children with renal anemia. Methods: Analysis was
conducted on two real cases of pediatric patients with renal anemia treated with roxadustat. By reviewing the literature and combining with the relevant examination results of the children, the efficacy and safety of roxadustat in children with renal anemia were analyzed.
Results: Roxadustat had significant efficacy and safety in the treatment of children with renal anemia. Close monitoring of hemoglobin
levels was required to adjust the dosage, and vigilance against iron metabolism abnormalities, central hypothyroidism and drug
interactions were necessary. Conclusion: Roxadustat has potential application value in the treatment of children with renal anemia.
However, this study is a small-sample case analysis, whether roxadustat can be applied to more children with renal anemia still needs to
be further explored based on a larger sample size and longer follow-up period. |
