| Abstract: |
| Objective: To explore the characteristics of adverse drug reactions induced by tacrolimus in children, and provide reference
for rational drug use in pediatric clinical practice. Methods: CNKI, Wanfang and PubMed databases were retrieved to collect case
reports on adverse drug reactions induced by tacrolimus in children from Jan. 2018 to Aug. 2024, statistical analysis was performed on
indicators such as general disease conditions, systems of adverse drug reactions onset, and outcome. Results: After screening, a total of
21 articles were enrolled (12 in Chinese and 9 in English), including 23 cases. The systems/ organs involved were nervous system
(11 cases, 47. 82%), blood system (4 cases, 17. 39%), digestive system (4 cases, 17. 39%), endocrine system (2 cases, 8. 70%),
urinary system (1 case, 4. 35%), and respiratory system (1 case, 4. 35%). Severe adverse drug reactions included mania, sinusoidal
obstruction syndrome and Bartter-like syndrome. Conclusion: The common adverse drug reactions of tacrolimus are consistent with the
drug instructions in pediatric patients. Most of the adverse drug reactions occur within 3 months, and the blood concentration should be
monitored if necessary. |
