Micromedex 数据库,对于国外药品说明书未增加以及Micromedex 数据库没有收载的超说明书用药,查询医学文献进一步评价;

| Abstract: |
| Objective: To conduct an evidence-based pharmacological evaluation of off-label use for pediatric anesthetic drugs, and to
standardize the use of common anesthetic drugs in children. Methods: Data on off-label use of pediatric anesthesia drugs in Children’s
Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University were collected and categorized. The latest versions of domestic and international drug
instructions were reviewed, and the Micromedex database was retrieved. For off-label use not covered in international drug instructions or
Micromedex database, further evaluation was conducted by reviewing medical literature. Management strategies were graded based on the
latest evidence-based evidence. Results: A total of 55 off-label use cases were collected. Based on the latest evidence-based evidence,
19 cases were classified as grade A management, 31 as grade B, 5 as grade C, and the remaining as grade D. Conclusion: This study
provides evidence-based support for off-label use of common anesthetic drugs in children, offering a theoretical basis for pharmacists’
prescription reviews and hospital dynamic management. |
