| 目的:基于肺胃同治理论,探讨清肺平喘汤联合头孢曲松治疗儿童细菌性肺炎的临床疗效及其作用机制。方法:选取我
院2024 年10 月至2025 年4 月收治的102 例细菌性肺炎患儿为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组各51 例。观察
组给予清肺平喘汤联合头孢曲松治疗,对照组单用头孢曲松治疗。采用西医临床症状缓解时间、胸部摄片变化及中医证候积分
评价两组患儿临床疗效及总有效率;比较两组患儿炎症指标[白细胞(WBC)、C 反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)]及炎症细胞
因子白细胞介素(IL)-6 水平。结果:治疗后,观察组西医临床症状缓解时间短于对照组,总有效率高于对照组(P<0. 05)。治疗
后,两组患儿中医证候积分及WBC、CRP、PCT 及IL-6 水平均较治疗前下降,且观察组下降幅度均大于对照组( P <0. 05)。
结论:清肺平喘汤联合头孢曲松治疗儿童细菌性肺炎疗效更佳,其作用机制可能与减轻炎症反应及调节免疫功能有关。 |

| Objective: To probe into the clinical efficacy and underlying mechanism of Qingfei Pingchuan decoction combined with
ceftriaxone in the treatment of pediatric bacterial pneumonia based on the theory of simultaneous treatment of the lung and stomach.
Methods: A total of 102 children with bacterial pneumonia admitted into our hospital from Oct. 2024 to Apr. 2025 were enrolled to be
divided into the observation group and control group via the random number table method, with 51 cases in each group. The observation
group received Qingfei Pingchuan decoction combined with ceftriaxone, whereas the control group was given ceftriaxone alone. Clinical
efficacy and total effective rate were evaluated according to the relief time of clinical symptoms, chest radiographic findings, and
traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores. Inflammatory markers including white blood cell (WBC), C-reactive protein (CRP),
procalcitonin (PCT) and the inflammatory cytokine interleukin (IL)-6, were compared between two groups. Results: After treatment,
the observation group had shorter relief time of Western clinical symptoms and higher total effective rate than the control group (P<0. 05).
After treatment, both groups showed decreases in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and levels of WBC, CRP, PCT, and IL-6
compared with those before treatment, and the decreases in observation group were significantly greater than those in control group (P<
0. 05). Conclusion: Qingfei Pingchuan decoction combined with ceftriaxone have superior therapeutic efficacy in children with bacterial
pneumonia. The underlying mechanism may be associated with attenuation of inflammatory responses and regulation of immune function. |
