| 目的:系统评价孟鲁司特钠辅助治疗婴幼儿呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)毛细支气管炎的有效性与安全性。 方法:检索建库 至 2025 年 8 月相关中英文随机对照试验(RCT),筛选文献、评价质量,采用 RevMan 5. 4 与 Stata 18. 0 进行 Meta 分析。 结果:纳 入 9 项 RCT 共 1 431 例患儿,加用孟鲁司特钠可缩短住院时间(SMD= -0. 57,95%CI -1. 03~ -0. 11,P = 0. 01),临床有效率更高 (RR= 1. 14,95%CI 1. 07~1. 22,P<0. 01);并可降低 CysLTs(SMD = -2. 41,95%CI -3. 94~ -0. 88,P<0. 01)、ECP( SMD = -0. 56, 95%CI -1. 17~ -0. 04,P = 0. 02)水平。 两组不良反应发生率相近(P = 0. 65),不良反应轻微可逆。 结论:常规治疗基础上添加 孟鲁司特钠治疗婴幼儿 RSV 毛细支气管炎具有协同疗效,且用药安全性良好。 |

| Objective: To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of montelukast sodium in the adjuvant treatment of infants with respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) bronchiolitis. Methods: Relevant Chinese and English randomized controlled trials (RCT) from the database establishment to Aug. 2025 were retrieved. The literature were screened, the quality was evaluated, and Meta-analysis was performed by using RevMan 5. 4 and Stata 18. 0. Results: Totally 9 RCT including 1, 431 children were enrolled. The adjuvant treatment of montelukast sodium could shorten the length of stay ( SMD = - 0. 57, 95% CI - 1. 03 to - 0. 11, P = 0. 01), get higher clinical efficacy (RR= 1. 14, 95% CI 1. 07 to 1. 22, P<0. 01), and reduce CysLTs (SMD = -2. 41, 95% CI -3. 94 to -0. 88, P< 0. 01) and ECP (SMD= -0. 56, 95% CI -1. 17 to -0. 04, P = 0. 02) levels. The incidence of adverse drug reactions in two groups were similar (P = 0. 65), and the adverse drug reactions were mild and reversible. Conclusion: Montelukast sodium in the adjuvant treatment of conventional therapy demonstrates synergistic efficacy in the treatment of infants with RSV bronchiolitis, with favorable drug safety profiles. |
