| 目的:评估温肺益气方治疗小儿肺气虚寒型变应性鼻炎(AR) 的临床疗效,并探讨其对血清炎症因子及免疫功能的影
响。方法:采用回顾性研究方法,选取我院2022 年7 月至2024 年7 月收治的肺气虚寒型AR 患儿82 例,按不同干预方法分为
对照组和观察组各41 例。对照组采用盐酸西替利嗪治疗,观察组加用温肺益气方煎汤口服,均治疗4 周。比较两组患儿治疗
前后临床疗效、中医证候积分、鼻气道阻力、血清免疫球蛋白(Ig)E、CD4+ 、CD8+ 、嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)、白细胞介素(IL)-4、IL-5、
IL-17、鼻炎症状量表(TNSS)评分、生命质量问卷(RQLQ)评分等。结果:观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0. 05)。治疗后,观
察组中医证候积分、鼻气道阻力、TNSS、RQLQ 评分低于对照组(均P<0. 05),炎症因子水平低于对照组(校正后均q<0. 05);免
疫功能指标优于对照组(校正后均q<0. 05)。结论:温肺益气方治疗小儿肺气虚寒型AR 患儿的临床疗效较好,有助于改善中
医证候积分、鼻气道阻力,调节炎症因子与免疫系统,缓解临床症状,提高短期生活质量,且安全性良好。 |

| Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Wenfei Yiqi formula in the treatment of children with allergic rhinitis (AR) of
lung Qi deficiency and cold type, and probe into its effects on serum inflammatory factors and immune function. Methods: Retrospective
analysis was performed on 82 children with AR of lung Qi deficiency and cold type admitted into our hospital from Jul. 2022 to Jul.
2024. All patients were divided into the control group and observation group according to different interventions, with 41 cases in each
group. The control group received cetirizine hydrochloride alone, while the observation group was given additional oral administration of
Wenfei Yiqi decoction, both groups were treated for 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome
scores, nasal airway resistance, serum immunoglobulin E (IgE), CD4+ , CD8+ , eosinophil (EOS) counts, interleukin (IL)-4, IL-5,
IL-17 levels, Total Nasal Symptom Score (TNSS), and Rhinoconjunctivitis Quality of Life Questionnaire (RQLQ) scores were compared
between two groups before and after treatment. Results: The overall response rate in observation group was significantly higher than that
in control group. After treatment, the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores, nasal airway resistance, TNSS, RQLQ scores in
observation group were lower than those in control group (P<0. 05), inflammatory cytokine levels were lower than those in control group
(adjusted q<0. 05), and immune function parameters were better than those in control group (adjusted q<0. 05). Conclusion: Wenfei
Yiqi formula demonstrates favorable clinical efficacy in children with AR of lung Qi deficiency and cold type, as evidenced by
improvements in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores, nasal airway resistance, modulation of inflammatory cytokines and
immune function, alleviation of clinical symptoms, enhancement of short-term quality of life with higher safety. |
