| 为总结治疗儿童鼻鼽的学术经验,本文从病因病机、辨证论治、用药特色、验案举隅4 个方面,探析《黄帝内经》理论“心肺有
病,而鼻为之不利”论治儿童鼻鼽的临床经验。基于《黄帝内经》理论,创新性地提出儿童鼻鼽从心肺论治。该理论认为风邪犯肺
为儿童鼻鼽之基本病因,心肺有热,肺气不畅,鼻窍不利为其病机,心肺郁热为其主证,胃气不和乃其兼证。结合儿童病理特点,临
床以畅肺清心,疏风和胃法治疗,收效甚佳。这不仅拓展了儿童鼻鼽的治疗思路,也拓宽了《黄帝内经》理论的适用范围。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective: To summarize the academic experience in the treatment of children with rhinitis, this paper explores the clinical
experience in the treatment of pediatric allergic rhinitis from the perspective of “when the heart and lungs are affected, nasal function
becomes impaired”, focusing on four aspects: etiology and pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation and treatment, medication
characteristics, and illustrative case studies. Based on the theory of Inner Canon of Huangdi, this paper innovatively puts forward the
treatment of children with allergic rhinitis from the perspective of heart and lung. The fundamental cause is pathogenic wind attacking the
lungs, with fever in the heart and lungs, poor lung Qi and unfavorable nasal orifices as its pathogenesis, constrained heat in the heart
and lungs as its main syndrome and stomach Qi imbalance as a concurrent syndrome. Considering the pathological characteristics of
children, the clinical strategy focuses on diffusing the lung, clearing the heart, dispelling wind, and harmonizing the stomach, which has
achieved higher efficacy. This method not only expands the treatment approach for children with rhinitis, but broadens the application
scope of the theory of inner canon of Huangdi. |
