| 目的：通过临床药师参与1例化疗导致突破性恶心呕吐的治疗过程，了解儿童化疗导致恶心呕吐的类型、初始止吐方案的选择以及突破性呕吐、难治性呕吐的药物选择及用药监护。方法：临床药师与医师共同讨论病例，协助制定治疗方案，关注方案实施过程。结果：结合临床药师会诊建议，医师调整治疗方案后患儿恶心呕吐症状逐渐减轻，身体状况良好后出院。结论：临床药师参与临床治疗全过程，全面查找资料，协助医师调整用药，有利于发挥药师在治疗团队中的作用。 |

| Objective: To investigate the types of nausea and vomiting induced by chemotherapy in children, the selection of initial antiemetic regimen, and the drug selection and medication monitoring for breakthrough vomiting and refractory vomiting through the practice of treatment for a child with chemotherapy-induced breakthrough nausea and vomiting by clinical pharmacists. Methods: Clinical pharmacists discussed the medical records with clinicians, assisted in the formulation of treatment regimen, and paid attention to the implementation process. Results: Combined with the consultation of clinical pharmacists, the nausea and vomiting symptoms of the child were alleviated after the adjustment of treatment regimen, and the child was discharged with better physical condition. Conclusion: Clinical pharmacists participate into the whole process of clinical treatment, find comprehensive information and assist clinicians in adjusting medication regimen, which is conducive to play the role of clinical pharmacists in the treatment team. |
