| 新生儿高胆红素血症是新生儿期常见的临床症状之一,是由于体内胆红素生成过多或清除不足所引起的胆红素在皮肤黏膜以及脏器的异常沉积。严重的高胆红素血症可损伤患儿的中枢神经系统,发生核黄疸,可遗留不同程度的后遗症,严重影响患儿的生存质量。因此,早期识别新生儿高胆红素血症的危险程度,及时作出正确的诊疗决断,对患儿的治疗及预后有着重要的意义。 |
