| 摘要: |
| 目的:总结临床药师在新生儿科开展药学服务的实践与体会。方法:临床药师在治疗方案调整、特殊用药会诊、用药干预、不良反应上报、用药教育及培训等多方面参与儿科药学工作。结果:对新生儿实施了药学监护,规范了儿科用药,减少了不合理用药的数量。结论:临床药师从用药多方面细节入手,发挥了积极作用,得到了临床医师的认可。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective: To summarize the practice and experience of clinical pharmacist in neonatal pharmaceutical care. Methods: Clinical pharmacist worked in many aspects involved in pediatric pharmacy, including treatment plan adjustment, special medication consultation, drug intervention, adverse reactions report, medical education and training, etc. Results: Pharmaceutical care carried out for newborn, could standardize the pediatric drug use, and reduce the numbers of the irrational drug use. Conclusion: Clinical
pharmacists play a positive role in many aspects of drug use details and have been recognized by clinician. |
