| 摘要: |
| 目的:总结静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)建设实践经验,为医院新建PIVAS提供借鉴,为优化PIVAS工作流程提供参考。方法:查阅分析国内外有关PIVAS建设的相关文献,参考国内外相关规定和规范,总结我院建设PIVAS的实践经验。结果:目前国内PIVAS建设模式和工作流程设计不尽相同,存在不少问题。结论:医院建立PIVAS应严格遵守国家的质量标准和规范要求,并根据医院目前的实际情况与长远发展计划选择合适的建设模式和标准工作流程。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective: To summarize the experiences of pharmacy intravenous admixture service (PIVAS) construction, provide reference for the new PIVAS of the hospital, and to provide reference for the workflow optimizing of the PIVAS. Methods: Consulted and analyzed the relevant literatures about the construction of the domestic and foreign related PIVAS, and referred to the relevant regulations and standards at home and abroad, summarized the practical experience of the construction of PIVAS in our hospital. Results: At present, there were many differences in the construction mode and workflow design of the domestic PIVAS at home and abroad. There was still work to be done. Conclusion: The hospital establishment of PIVAS should be in accordance with the national standards and quality requirements, and according to their actual situation to choose the appropriate construction model and standard workflow. |
