| 目的:评价痰热清注射液联合头孢噻肟钠治疗小儿肺炎的临床疗效。方法:将110例确诊为肺炎的患儿随机分为对照组和观察组各55例,对照组单用头孢噻肟钠50~ 100 mg/(kg·d),观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用痰热清注射液0郾3~0.5mg/(kg·d),均静脉滴注给药,每次滴注时间>60 min,连续用药7~10 d。两组对症支持治疗相同,治疗期间不应用其他抗生素。观察两组患儿治疗后症状体征改善情况,评价临床疗效及不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率为92.73%,高于对照组的81.82%(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗后中医症状评分均降低(P<0.01),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.01)。两组患儿均未发生严重不良反应。结论:痰热清注射液联合头孢噻肟钠治疗小儿肺炎能够明显改善临床症状并提高临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。 |

| Clinical Curative Effect of Tanreqing Injection Combined with Cefotaxime Sodium in Treatment of Infantile Pneumonia |

| Objective: To investigate the clinical curative effect of Tanreqing injection combined with cefotaxime sodium in treatment of infantile pneumonia. Methods: A total of 110 children with infantile pneumonia were divided into two groups, 55 cases with regular treatment as control group and 55 cases with regular treatment and Tanreqing injection as treatment group. The symptoms, signs and TCM symptom scores improvement of two groups were observed before and after treatment. The effectiveness and adverse reactions of two treatment regimens were evaluated. Results: The total efficiency of treatment group (92.73%) was significantly higher than the control group (81.82%) (P<0.05). The TCM symptom scores of two groups were significantly lower after treatment (P<0.01). Compared with the control group, treatment group reduced more significant (P<0.01). The adverse reactions were mild, with no significant difference. Conclusion: Tanreqing injection combined with cefotaxime sodium can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and clinical efficacy of infantile pneumonia and worthy of promotion. |
