| 目的:探讨临床药师在罕见病药物治疗中的作用。方法:临床药师参与1例布氏杆菌感染患儿的治疗过程,协助制定治疗方案,并进行充分的药学监护、用药指导。结果:临床药师通过有效的药学服务,使患儿经2周的住院治疗后好转,且未出现药物不良反应/事件,顺利出院。结论:临床药师在罕见病的治疗中能发挥药学专业优势,提高临床药物治疗水平,体现临床药师的价值。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective: To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in the medication therapy of rare disease. Methods: Clinical pharmacists participated in the treatment of a pediatric patient with brucellosis, including establishing medication regimen, pharmaceutical care and medication education. Results: The patient recovered well and no adverse drug reaction occurred. Conclusion: Clinical pharmacists have advantage in medication therapy of rare disease, and can realize their value by evaluating the level of treatment. |
