参麦注射液辅助治疗新生儿窒息所致心肌损害的疗效和安全性

摘要:
目的:探讨参麦注射液辅助治疗新生儿窒息所致心肌损害的疗效和安全性。方法:选择我院儿科2013年1月至2015年12月收治的70例新生儿窒息所致心肌损害的患儿,按照随机抽样法分为治疗组和对照组各35 例,两组患儿在常规治疗的基础上,治疗组采用磷酸肌酸钠联合参麦注射液治疗,对照组采用磷酸肌酸钠治疗,观察两组患儿的临床疗效和不良反应。结果:治疗组的总有效率94.3%,明显高于对照组的80.0%(P<0.05);治疗组的LVEF、FS、CK-MB、α-HBDH 和cTnI等指标的改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:参麦注射液辅助治疗新生儿窒息所致心肌损害,可提高疗效,安全性高,值得临床推广和使用。

Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of Shenmai injection for the auxiliary treatment of neonatal asphyxia myocardial damage. Methods: From January 2013 to December 2015, in the pediatrics of our hospital, seventy neonatal asphyxia myocardial damage children were treated as research subjects, which were divided into therapy group and control group according to the random sampling, each group had 35 cases. On the basis of conventional treatment, the therapy group was given creatine phosphate sodium and Shenmai injection, the control group was given creatine phosphate sodium treatment, the therapeutic effects and adverse reactions of two groups were observed. Results: The total efficiency of the therapy group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was significant (94.3% vs 80.0%, P<0.05). LVEF, FS, CK-MB, α-HBDH, cTnI and other index of therapy group were obvious better than control group, the differences were significant (P<0. 05). The adverse reactions in two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion: Shenmai injection auxiliary treating neonatal asphyxia myocardial damage, can improve the curative effect, it is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
