| 目的:研究口服补液盐(ORS)在儿童体位性低血压中的应用价值。方法:选取我院诊断为体位性低血压患儿88例,根据治疗方式分为ORS组45例和传统治疗组43例,观察并比较两组患儿治疗前后直立倾斜试验(HUTT)阳性率、血压、相关症状发生率等。结果:ORS组治疗后HUTT阳性率6.67%,低于传统治疗组的23.26% (P<0.05)。ORS组治疗后HUTT-3 min和HUTT-7 min时的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)均高于治疗前(P 均<0.05),且SBP高于传统治疗组(P<0.05)。传统治疗组治疗后HUTT-3 min和HUTT-7 min时的DBP均高于治疗前(P均<0.05),HUTT-3 min时的SBP高于治疗前(P<0.05),但HUTT-7 min时的SBP与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。ORS组头晕、心悸、乏力、视物模糊发生率分别为8.89%、6.67%、13.33%、8.89%,均低于传统治疗组的27.91%、25.58%、34.88%、30.23%(P 均<0.05)。结论:ORS治疗儿童体位性低血压可迅速有效地升高血压,尤其是SBP,减少头晕等的发生,其机制可能与提高患儿对体位改变的耐受力有关。 |

| The Application Value of Oral Rehydration Salts in Children with Postural Hypotension |

| Objective: To study the application value of oral rehydration salts (ORS) in children with postural hypotension. Methods: Eighty-eight cases of children with postural hypotension were selected in our hospital, according to the treatment method, they were divided into the ORS group (45 cases) and the traditional treatment group (43 cases). The differences of head-up tilt test (HUTT) positive rate, blood pressure and the incidence of symptoms before and after treatment were compared. Results: The positive rate of HUTT in ORS group (6.67%) was lower than that in traditional treatment group (23.26%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The SBP and DBP of HUTT-3 min and HUTT-7 min after treatment in ORS group were higher than before (P<0.05), and the SBP in ORS group was higher than the traditional treatment group (P<0.05). The DBP of HUTT-3 min and HUTT-7 min after treatment in the traditional treatment group were higher than before (P<0.05), and the SBP of HUTT-3 min was higher than before (P<0.05). But there was no significant difference before and after treatment in traditional treatment group of SBP of HUTT-7 min (P>0.05). The dizziness (8.89%), palpitation (6.67%), weak (13.33%), blurred vision (8.89%) of ORS group after treatment were lower than those of the traditional treatment group (27.91%, 25.58%, 34.88%, 30.23%, P<0.05). Conclusion: ORS in treating children postural hypotension can rise the blood pressure effectively, especially SBP, reduce the incidence of dizziness, it maybe
relate to enhance the tolerance of body position change. |
