磷酸肌酸辅助治疗新生儿窒息合并重度心肌损害的效果及对心肌酶谱的影响

摘要:
目的:探讨磷酸肌酸辅助治疗新生儿窒息合并重度心肌损害的效果及对心肌酶谱的影响。方法:选取80例在苍南县人民医院治疗的窒息合并重度心肌损害的新生儿,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组患儿采用常规治疗,观察组患儿在对照组治疗的基础上加用磷酸肌酸,治疗时间为1周,观察两组治疗效果、心肌酶谱变化情况。结果:观察组总有效率为80.00%,显著高于对照组的47.50% (P<0.05);治疗后,观察组和对照组肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、γ﹣羟丁酸脱氢酶(HBDH)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶( AST) 水平均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组患儿治疗后CK、CK-MB、LDH、HBDH、AST水平下降更显著(P<0.05)。结论:磷酸肌酸辅助治疗新生儿窒息合并重度心肌损害效果显著,可降低心肌酶谱水平,减少心肌损害。

Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of phosphocreatine on myocardial enzymes in neonatal asphyxia with severe myocardial damage. Methods: A total of 80 newborns of neonatal asphyxia with severe myocardial damage who were treated in People' s Hospital of Cangnan County, were divided into observation group (n=40) and control group (n=40). The two groups received conventional therapy and the observation group was additionally given adjuvant therapy with phosphocreatine. Efficacy, myocardial enzymes were tested and compared in two groups. Results: Total effective rate of observation group (80.00%), which was significantly higher than that in control group (47.50%, P<0.05). After treatment, the myocardial enzymes levels of CK, CK-MB, LDH, HBDH and AST decreased significantly in observation and control group (P<0.05), and the observation group decreased more significantly than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Adjuvant therapy with phosphocreatine has obvious effect to neonatal asphyxia with severe myocardial damage, which can reduce myocardial enzyme levels, reduce myocardial damage.
