| 目的:系统评价开喉剑喷剂辅助治疗小儿手足口病的疗效和安全性。方法:计算机检索Cochrane图书馆、PubMed、EMBASE、Cochrane对照试验中心数据库(CENTRAL)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国期刊全文数据库(VIP)、中国科技期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库,收集所有开喉剑喷剂辅助治疗小儿手足口病的对照研究,包括随机对照试验和半随机对照试验,根据Cochrane协作网系统评价的方法(Meta分析)进行评价。结果:共纳入9项研究,共2 251例患儿。开喉剑喷剂辅助治疗小儿手足口病在总有效率[RR=1.21,95% CI(1.06,1.38),P<0.01]、口腔溃疡愈合时间[MD=-1.61,95% CI(-1.73,-1.50),P<0.01]、口腔止痛时间[MD=-1.70,95% CI(-1.97,-1.42),P<0.01]、退热时间[MD=-0.52,95% CI(-0.85,-0.18),P<0.01]、皮疹消退时间[MD=-1.23,95% CI(-2.16,-0.30)]方面均优于对照组(P均<0.01)。尚未见开喉剑喷剂相关不良反应报道。结论:基于目前的证据,在常规治疗基础上加用开喉剑喷剂能够有效治疗小儿手足口病,且安全性较高。但因缺乏高质量随机对照研究,该结论尚需进一步研究证实。 |

| Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Kaihoujian spray in treatment with hand-foot-mouth disease in children. Methods: We searched the Cochrane library, PubMed, Cochrane, EMBASE, CBM, CNKI, VIP and Wanfang database, randomized controlled trial (RCTs) evaluating the efficacy and safety of Kaihoujian spray in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease in children were included and the methodological quality of RCTs were evaluated referred to the Cochrane handbook for systematic reviews of interventions version. Results: Nine studies and 2,251 patients were included. Comparing to control group, children treated with Kaihoujian spray showed better theraprutic outcomes regarding to total effective rate (RR=1.21,95% CI(1.06,1.38), P<0.01), durations of oral herpes (MD=-1.61,95% CI(-1.73,-1.50), P<0.01), time of relieve pain (MD=-1.70, 95% CI(-1.97,-1.42), P<0.01), durations of fever (MD=-0.52,95% CI(-0.85, -0.18), P<0.01) and time of rash elimination (MD=-1.23,95% CI(-2.16,-0.30), P<0.01). Adverse drug reaction of Kaihoujian spray was not showed. Conclusion: Based on current clinical evidence, Kaihoujian spray is effective in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease in children and with high safety. However owing to the lack of high quality RCTs, the efficacy and safety are needed to evaluated in future. |
