| 目的:探讨硫酸镁微量气泵吸入治疗2岁以内小儿毛细支气管炎的临床效果。方法:选取毛细支气管炎患儿共86例,随机分为对照组42例和试验组44例。所有患儿均进行常规抗炎治疗,对照组静脉滴注硫酸镁,试验组用空气雾化泵微量气泵装置吸入硫酸镁,比较两组患儿治疗效果。结果:治疗后两组患儿的氧分压(PaO2)和血氧饱和度(SaO2)均升高,二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)下降,且试验组改善更明显,差异有统计学意义(tPaO2=5.234, P<0.05;tSaO2=5.214,P<0.05;tPaCO2 =5.326,P<0.05)。试验组总有效率高于对照组(χ2=4.012,P<0.05),且总不良反应发生率低于对照组(χ2=4.363,P<0.05)。试验组的临床症状控制(喘息消失、咳嗽控制、体温恢复正常及哮鸣音消失)时间(t=5.264,P<0.05)和住院时间短于对照组(t=5.623,P<0.05)。治疗3 d后试验组临床评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.231,P<0.05)。结论:采用硫酸镁微量气泵吸入治疗2岁以内小儿毛细支气管炎安全有效,且不良反应发生率低,值得临床推广应用。 |

| Objective: To study the effect of magnesium sulfate micropump suction for bronchiolitis under 2 years old. Methods: A total of 86 children were randomly divided into control group (n =42) and experiment group (n =44), all infants received common anti-inflammation, the children in control group adopted magnesium sulfate intravenous injection, and the children in experiment group adopted micropump suction, the effect of two groups were compared. Results: The PaO2 and SaO2 in the two group were both rose, PaCO2 were declined after treatment, what's more, PaCO2 in experiment group was more improvements (tPaO2=5.234, P<0.05, tSaO2=5.214, P<0.05, tPaCO2=5.326, P<0.05). The total efficacy rate in experiment group was higher than control group and complication rate was lower (χ2=4.012, P<0.05, χ2=4.363, P<0.05). The control time of clinical symptoms including cough, wheezing disappeared, the body temperature returned to normal and rales and hospital stays were shorter in experiment group (t=5.264, P<0.05, t=5.623, P<0.05). The clinical scores after 3 days in experiment group were significantly lower than control group (t=6.231, P<0.05). Conclusion: Magnesium sulfate micropump suction for infant bronchiolitis under 2 years old is safe and effective. |
