| 目的:建立清咽喉口服液的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法对地黄、连翘和黄芩中的主要成分进行定量分析。结果:主要成分毛蕊花糖苷、梓醇、连翘苷、黄芩苷及黄芩素分别在其最大吸收波长下达到基线分离,线性范围均较宽且线性关系良好。毛蕊花糖苷在0.010~0.070 mg/mL(r=0.999 9)、梓醇在0.005~0.060 mg/mL(r=0.999 8)、连翘苷在0.020~0.192 mg/mL(r=0郾999 9)、黄芩苷在0.133~0.953 mg/mL(r=0.999 8)、黄芩素在0.012~0.080 mg/mL(r=0.999 8)浓度范围与峰面积呈良好线性关系,平均回收率均在96.5%以上。结论:本实验的方法简便可行,重现性良好,可用于清咽喉口服液的质量控制。 |

| Objective: To establish a method for determination of Qingyanhou oral solution. Methods: The Rehmannia glutinosa (Gaetn.) Libosch.ex Fisch.et Mey., Forsythia suspensa and Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi were determined by HPLC. Results: The major components named acteoside, catalpol, phillyrin, baicalin and baicalein were well separated and the linear relationships were good within wide ranges by HPLC. Acteoside was linear within the range of 0.010~0.070 mg/mL (r=0.999,9), catalpol was linear within the range of 0.005~0.060 mg/mL(r=0.999,8), phillyrin was linear within the range of 0.020~0.192 mg/mL(r=0.999,9), baicalin was linear within the range of 0.133~0.953 mg/mL(r=0.999,8), baicalein was linear within the range of 0.012~0.080 mg/mL(r=0.999,8). The average recovery was above 96.5%. Conclusion: The method is convenient, accurate and could be readily utilized as a quality control method for the Qingyanhou oral solution. |
