| 目的：建立科学有效的相似药品评价体系，减少相似药品调配差错。方法：根据儿童医院住院药房以往工作经验所建立
的相似药品目录，评价相似药品的相似因素，建立相似药品评价评分标准，利用评分标准筛查可能存在的相似药品，并进行科学
分类。结果：依据所建立的相似药品评价体系，分别对商品名相同的相似药品16组、主要成分相同的相似药品10组、药理作用
相近的相似药品6组、生产厂商相同品种不同的相似药品2组进行了评分，并建立了相似药品图鉴和目录。结论：科学有效的
相似药品评价体系可以明确相似药品品种，减少调配差错。 |

| Objective: To establish a scientific and effective evaluation system of Look-Alike, Sound-Alike drugs, in order to reduce deployment errors. Methods: According to the Children's inpatient pharmacy alike drugs list which was established by previous work experience, factors of alike drugs were evaluated. A scoring system was established according these factors. Classified statistical potential alike drugs by using this scoring system. Results: According to the scoring system, 16 groups of drugs with a similar trade name, 10 groups of drugs with the same main ingredients, 6 groups of drugs with similar pharmacological effects, and 2 groups of drugs with the same manufacturers but different variety. Alike Drugs guide and directory was then established. Conclusion: A effective alike drugs guide and directory could reduce deployment errors in children’s inpatient pharmacy. |
