| 目的：考察丙种球蛋白静脉滴注联合干扰素雾化吸入治疗儿童重症手足口病的临床疗效，供临床参考。方法：选取2013年1月至2016年7月我院收治的重症手足口病患儿90例，采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组各45例。对照组采用干扰素雾化吸入治疗，观察组采用丙种球蛋白静脉滴注联合干扰素雾化吸入治疗，治疗5 d后比较两组的临床疗效。结果：观察组退热时间、疱疹消失时间、口腔炎愈合时间、神经受累时间及住院时间均短于对照组（P均<0.05）。观察组治疗5 d后，血清IL-6、TNF-α均低于对照组（P均<0.05）；IGF-1、CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8水平均高于对照组（P均<0.05）。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：丙种球蛋白静脉滴注联合干扰素雾化吸入治疗儿童重症手足口病效果理想，值得推广应用。 |

| Gamma Globulin Intravenous Drip Combined with Interferon Aerosol Inhalation on Severe Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease in Children |

| To observe gamma globulin in combination with interferon efficacy in clinical atomization severe hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD) in children. Methods: January 2013 to July 2016 the hospital for treatment of severe HFMD children, 90 cases were randomly divided into a control group method (n=45) and observation group (n=45). The control group received interferon treatment, observation group in combination with interferon gamma globulin spray treatment, the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared. Results: The treatment 5 days retreat heat time, herpes disappeared time, stomatitis healing time, nerve involvement and length of hospital stay was significantly shorter than the control group (P<0.05). Observation group after treatment 5 days, the serum IL-6, TNF-α are lower than the control group (P<0.05); IGF-1, CD3, CD4, CD4/CD8 levels were higher than the control group (P<0.05). Observation group the incidence of adverse reaction is lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Severe HFMD children atomizing joint interferon treatment based on gamma globulin over effect, should be widely applied. |
