| 目的:讨论中药灌肠治疗小儿发热的效果,并观察其对血清C反应蛋白(CRP)水平的影响,为临床治疗提供参考。方法:选取200例发热患儿,按入院单双号分为试验组与对照组各100例。两组患儿均给予抗感染、雾化及对症支持治疗;患儿体温>38.5 ℃时,对照组给予布洛芬混悬液退热,试验组给予中药退热合剂灌肠,观察并比较两组患儿疗效、体温恢复正常时间及血清CRP水平。结果:试验组患儿的体温恢复正常时间短于对照组,治疗后血清CRP水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药汤剂灌肠治疗小儿发热的疗效较西医传统治疗退热效果好,并能降低血清中CRP的水平,抑制由CRP引起的炎性级联反应,值得儿科临床推广应用。 |

| Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine enema treatment for infantile fever, to study the changes of serum C-reactive protein (CRP), in order to provide reference for clinical therapy. Methods: Two hundreds children with fever were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group (n =100) and the control group (n=100). They were all received anti-infection, atomization and best support care. The children of control group were given ibuprofen suspension and the experimental group were given traditional Chinese medicine antifebrile mixture, while the body temperature of children were above 37 ℃ The curative effect, the time of body temperature returned to normal and the level of serum CRP were observed. Results: The time of body temperature returned to normal of the experimental group was shorter than that of control group, the level of serum CRP of the experiment group was obviously lower than that of control group after the children receiving treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine enema in the treatment of infantile fever is efficacy, and can effectively down-regulate the serum level of CRP, control inflammatory cascade reaction caused by CRP, can be actively applied in clinical treatment. |
