| 摘要: |
| 目的：观察华盖散联合阿莫西林／舒巴坦钠治疗小儿细菌性肺炎的临床疗效。方法：将我院2014年8月至2016年8月收治的细菌性肺炎患儿88例作为研究对象，按照随机平均的方法分为观察组和对照组各44例。观察组患儿采用华盖散联合阿莫西林／舒巴坦钠进行治疗，对照组患儿仅采用阿莫西林／舒巴坦钠进行治疗，比较两组患儿的症候积分、临床症状改善情况和临床疗效。结果：经过1个疗程的治疗，观察组患儿的临床疗效优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组患儿治疗后各症候积分均明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），其中观察组患儿咳嗽、肺部音、反应和痰这四项积分均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：华盖散联合阿莫西林／舒巴坦钠治疗小儿细菌性肺炎，可明显减轻患儿临床症状，具有较好的临床疗效，这种中西医结合治疗方案可在临床上推广应用。 |

| Objective: To analyze the effectiveness of Huagaisan combined with amoxicillin/sulbactam on pediatric bacterial pneumonia clinical. Methods: The hospital in August 2014 August to 2016 year period were treated with bacterial pneumonia in 88 cases as the research object, according to the method of randomly divided into two groups: observation group and control group, 44 cases in each group. The observation group was treated by Huagaisan combined with amoxicillin/sulbactam for treatment, while the control group were only treated with amoxicillin/sulbactam, analysis of two groups of children with symptoms score, clinical symptoms and clinical curative effect contrast. Results: After a course of treatment, the symptoms scale on its clinical efficacy level calculation, clinical curative effect is obviously superior to the observation group with the control group, after statistical analysis, with significant difference (P<0.05); the two groups after treatment in children with the syndrome scores were significantly reduced by statistics analysis, there was significant difference (P<0.05), the observation group in cough, rales, phlegm reaction and these four points were significantly lower than the control group, after statistical analysis, with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: Huagaisan combined with amoxicillin/sulbactam can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms in the treatment of pediatric bacterial pneumonia, has good clinical curative effect, the combination of Chinese and western medicine in the clinical application. |
