| [摘要] 目的:研究左卡尼汀口服溶液对肾病综合征患儿的降脂效果。 方法:将 60 例肾病综合征患儿以随机数表法分为试验组
和对照组各 30 例。 对照组给予常规激素治疗,试验组在此基础上加用左卡尼汀口服溶液 100 mg/(kg·d)随餐口服(最大日剂
量不超过3 g)治疗,比较两组患儿治疗前、治疗后1个月、2个月的血脂水平(TC、TG、HDL鄄C、LDL-C)、血浆白蛋白(ALB)、尿蛋
白(24 h UP)情况。 结果:试验组和对照组的总有效率分别为93.34%和70.00%。在治疗1个月后和2个月后,实验组患儿血
中的TC、TG、LDL-C均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患儿血浆 ALB 水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义
(P<0.05)。结论:左卡尼汀口服溶液对肾病综合征患儿有良好的降脂效果,值得临床推广应用。 |

| [Abstract] Objective: To study the lipid-lowering efficacy of levocarnitine oral solution for children with nephrotic syndrome ( NS).
Methods: Sixty cases with NS were selected and randomly divided into two groups: 30 cases in control group were treated with routine
hormonotherapy, 30 cases in experimental group treated with levocarnitine oral solution and the same therapy as control group. The
serum lipid, plasma albumin, 24-hour urinary protein in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results: The total
effective rates in the experimental group and the control group were 93.34% and 70.00% , and after treatment in one and two months,the levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides ( TG), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol( LDL-C) in the experimental group were
significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), plasma albumin (ALB) of the experimental group was significantly higher
than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Levocarnitine oral solution had good effect on lipid-lowering in children with NS and it
is worthy of widely using clinically. |
