我院2015-2016年门诊用药咨询情况分析

摘要:
目的:提高医院药事服务的质量,增强患者用药的依从性,促进医院临床药学的发展。方法:采用回顾性研究方法,对我院2015年2月至2016年10月的门诊用药咨询记录资料进行分类统计、总结分析,并提出质量改进建议。结果:共收集信息完整的用药咨询记录2 654条(咨询人员2 410例次),其中,专业性问题记录2 295条(86.5%),非专业性问题记录359条(13.5%);咨询药品用法用量的记录最多(901条,33.9%),其次为咨询药物相互作用的记录(496条,18.7%);2 654条用药咨询记录共登记3 199例次药品,其中,中成药比例最大(28.0%),其次是感冒药(12.2%)和消化系统用药(10.8%)。咨询方式以取药当天窗口咨询为主(1 853例次,76.9%)。结论:医院开展门诊用药咨询工作,应从药物用法用量、药物相互作用、药物不良反应等方面着手;应不断提高药师专业水平,增强医患沟通,以促进患者安全、有效、合理用药。

Abstract:
Objective: To improve the quality of hospital pharmacy services, enhance patient medication compliance, promote the development of clinical pharmacy in hospital. Methods: The data of drug consultation records in our hospital from February 2015 to October 2016 were classified and statistically analyzed. Results: Collect information complete medication consultation record 2,654 article (involving 2410 cases of children), among them, the professional problems recorded 2295 (86.5%), the professional problems recorded 359 (13.5%). With the largest amount of drug usage (901 article, 33.9%), followed by drug interactions (18.7%). The drug consultation record registration of 3199 times in 2,654 article, among them, the proprietary Chinese medicine proportion is the largest (28.0%), followed by cold medicine (12.2%) and digestive system drugs (10.8%). The patients to take medicine after the first consultation time window based consulting (76.9%). Conclusion: The use of drug consultation in outpatient service should be based on the dosage of drugs, drug interactions and adverse drug reactions. To improve the professional level of pharmacists, enhance the communication between doctors and patients, and promote the safe, effective and rational use of drugs.
