| 目的:探讨川崎病合并G-6-PD缺乏患儿使用阿司匹林的安全性。方法:临床药师参与1例川崎病合并G-6-PD缺乏患儿的治疗过程,参与制定治疗方案,并实时监测其不良反应的发生。结果:通过临床药师对患儿药物治疗过程的药学监护,使患儿获得完善的个体化治疗,提高患儿用药的安全性、有效性。结论:临床药师深入临床,将药学理论知识和临床实践相结合,使临床药学服务在提高医疗治疗水平中发挥重要的作用。 |

| Objective: To explore the safety of aspirin in children with Kawasaki disease combined with G-6-PD deficiency. Methods: Clinical pharmacists participated in the treatment of a child with Kawasaki disease combined with G-6-PD deficiency, participated in the formulation of the treatment plan and monitored the occurrence of adverse reactions in real time. Results: Through pharmaceutical care for children's drug therapy, children can obtain individualized treatment and improve children's medication safety and effectiveness. Conclusion: Clinical pharmacists, through their efforts of combining the theoretical knowledge of pharmacy and clinical practice, play an important role in improving medical treatment. |
