| 目的：探讨莫沙比利联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗早产儿喂养不耐受的临床疗效及安全性。方法：选取我院2012年7月至2014年12月确诊的胎龄29~35周的喂养不耐受早产儿64例，随机分为治疗组34例和对照组30例。对照组给予常规处置，包括保暖、输液、静脉营养、防治感染等；治疗组在常规处置基础上给予莫沙比利联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片口服或鼻饲给药，连用7~10 d为1个疗程。治疗3 d后，观察两组的治疗效果与不良反应。结果：治疗组总有效率91.18%，高于对照组的66.67%，治疗组患儿的呕吐消失时间、腹胀消失时间、达全胃肠喂养时间、体质量出现增长时间及恢复出生体质量时间均短于对照组（P均<0.05）。治疗期间两组患儿肝肾功能、电解质、心肌酶谱及血常规等均正常，无肝、肾、心肌损害及功能性腹泻、消化性溃疡、肠道菌群失调发生等不良反应发生。结论：莫沙比利联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片口服治疗早产儿喂养不耐受安全有效，值得临床推广应用。 |

| Objective: Mosapride explore joint piece of Bifidobacterium quadruple living bacterium feeding intolerance in preterm children efficacy and safety analysis. Methods: Our hospital July 1, 2012 -2014 December 31 confirmed 64 cases of 29~35 weeks of feeding intolerance in preterm children, were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group 34 cases and 30 cases in the control group. The control group routine disposal (including the warm, infusion, intravenous nutrition, prevention and treatment of infections, etc.), the treatment group on the basis of routine treatment for mosapride combined bifidobacterium quadruple living bacterium oral or nasal feeding, 7~10 d for a period. After 3 d treatment, observing two groups of therapeutic effect and adverse reactions. Results: Vomiting in children treated disappearance time, bloating disappeared time, total parenteral feeding time, and weight have increased time and recovery time of birth weight compared with control group, there were significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion: Mosapride joint Bifidobacterium quadruple living bacterium in the treatment of feeding intolerance in preterm children on a significant effect, safety, worthy of clinical application． |
