| 目的：研究手足口病患儿的血清中血管内皮细胞生长因子（VEGF）的变化。方法：将我院手足口病患儿根据病情分成手足口病普通病例组和重症病例组，以同期住院的非手足口病患儿为对照组，检测血清VEGF水平。结果：手足口病患儿血清中VEGF水平高于非手足口病对照组；手足口病重症病例的血清VEGF水平高于普通病例组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（t=2.618，P<0.01）。结论：血清VEGF水平检测可作为评估手足口病患者病情的重要指标之一。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective: To study the alteration of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in hand foot and mouth disease (HFMD). Methods: According to the patient’s condition, HFMD was seperated to two groups, including general cases group and severe cases group. At the same time, Non-HFMD in-patients were set as control group. serum VEGF was detectd. Results: It is found that serum VEGF of HFMD general cases is higher than Non-HFMD control group. Serum VEGF of HFMD severe cases is significantly higher than general cases, demonstrating a significant difference (t=2.618, P<0.01). Coclusion: Serum VEGF detection could be considered as an important method to evalute the severity of HFMD patient’s condition. |
