| 目的：探讨槐杞黄颗粒辅助治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘临床疗效及对机体免疫功能的影响。方法：我院收治的咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿随机分为槐杞黄颗粒组和常规治疗组，常规治疗组给予支气管扩张剂、白三烯拮抗剂等常规治疗，槐杞黄颗粒组在常规治疗基础上给予槐杞黄颗粒治疗。治疗3个月后，比较两组患儿的临床疗效，观察咳嗽症状缓解及消退时间、外周血免疫球蛋白水平、T淋巴细胞亚群水平以及IFN-γ、IL-4水平的变化；随访6个月观察患儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的复发情况。结果：两组患儿咳嗽症状缓解时间以及临床疗效比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），槐杞黄颗粒组咳嗽消退时间明显短于常规治疗组（P<0.01）。治疗3个月后，两组患儿血清IgA、IgG水平较治疗前明显升高，IgE水平明显降低，且槐杞黄颗粒组改善更为明显；除常规治疗组CD8+T细胞水平改善不明显外，两组患儿T淋巴细胞亚群其他相关指标均较治疗前明显改善，且槐杞黄颗粒组改善更明显；两组血清IFN-γ水平及IFN-γ/IL-4值均较治疗前明显升高，IL-4水平明显降低，且槐杞黄颗粒组改善更为明显。槐杞黄颗粒组治疗后6个月复发率明显低于常规治疗组（χ2=4.841，P<0.05）。结论：在常规治疗基础上加用槐杞黄颗粒治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘，能提高近期疗效，缩短咳嗽症状缓解及消失时间，更好地促进患儿的免疫功能的恢复，降低复发率。 |

| Objective: To investigate the clinical curative effect of infantile cough variant asthma and effects on the body’s immune regulation adjuvantly treated with Huaiqihuang particle. Methods: The children with cough variant asthma of our hospital were randomly divided into huaiqihuang granule group and conventional treatment group, conventional treatment group children were given conventional treatment such as bronchodilator, leukotriene, etc. Huaiqihuang granule group children were given Huaiqihuang granule on the basis of conventional treatment. After 3 months treatment, comparatively analyzed the clinical curative effect of the two groups, observed and recorded the alleviation and fading away time of cough symptoms, the changes of peripheral blood immunoglobulin, T lymphocyte subsets and IFN-γ, IL-4 levels; and gave 6 months follow-up for all children, to understand the cough variant asthma relapse of the children. Results: The average alleviation time of cough and the clinical curative effect of the two groups had no statistically significant difference (P>0.05), the average fading away time of cough in huaiqihuang granule group was obviously shorter than conventional treatment group (P<0.01). After 3 months treatment, the IgA, IgG levels of the two groups were significantly increased than the treatment before, the IgE level decreased obviously (P<0.05 or P<0.01), and huaiqihuang granule group improved more obviously (P<0.05 or P<0.01). In addition to CD8+ T cells level improvement of conventional treatment group was not obvious, the related indicators of T lymphocyte subsets in both groups were obviously improved, and huaiqihuang granule group improved more obviously (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The IFN-γ level and IFN-γ/IL-4 ratio of the two groups were significantly increased than the treatment before, IL-4 level decreased obviously (P<0.05 or P<0.01), and huaiqihuang granule group improved more obviously (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The recurrence rate after 6 months treatment of efficiency and effective children were significantly lower than the conventional treatment group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Children cough variant asthma treating with Huaiqihuang particle on the basis of conventional treatment, not only can improve the recent curative effect to a certain extent, but also can obviously shorten the cough symptoms and fading away time, to better promote the recovery of the patient’s immune balance, reduce the recurrence rate. |
