| 目的：观察盐酸甲哌卡因在儿童乳牙拔除中的麻醉效果。方法：将451例临床诊断为乳牙滞留，需要拔除乳牙的患儿随机分为试验组226例和对照组225例。试验组和对照组分别采用盐酸甲哌卡因及2%盐酸利多卡因局部浸润麻醉。记录两组患儿分别在注射后2 min、5 min和10 min时用探针在牙周进行疼痛测试的反应、麻醉注射过程中的疼痛评分以及拔牙过程中麻醉效果的评价。结果：盐酸甲哌卡因与利多卡因相比，麻醉起效时间短，麻醉注射过程中疼痛轻，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。盐酸甲哌卡因麻醉总有效率为96.90%，比利多卡因麻醉总有效率（87.55%）高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：盐酸甲哌卡因应用于儿童乳牙拔除中的局部浸润麻醉，其麻醉起效时间快、麻醉注射过程中疼痛小，局部浸润麻醉效果较好，值得临床推广。 |

| Anesthesia Effects of Mepivacaine Hydrochloride and Adrenaline on Children’s Deciduous Teeth Extraction |

| Objective: To investigate the anesthesia effects of mepivacaine hydrochloride and adrenaline on children’s deciduous teeth extraction. Methods: A total of 451 patients were diagnosed as retainted deciduous teeth, and randomly divided into experimental group (n=226) and control group (n=225). In the experimental group, patients were injected with mepivacaine hydrochloride and adrenaline, and in the control group with lidocaine. After injected 2 min, 5 min and 10 min, patients were taken in pain tests. Record the pain degree during the injection and extraction. Results: The time for anesthesia taking effect was shorter in experimental group than that in control group (P<0.05). The pain of injection was less in experimental group than that in control group (P<0.05). The effective rate is 96.90％ in experimental group and is 87.55％ in control group, the diffenrence between the two groups was statistically different (P<0.05). Conclusion: Mepivacaine hydrochloride and adrenaline can short the time for anesthesia taking effect, reduce the pain of injection. It was suggested that mepivacaine hydrochloride and adrenaline’s effective for anesthesia is better. |
