| 目的：探讨儿科门诊静脉输液护理风险管理的作用。方法：选取2013年4月至2014年4月在我院儿科门诊进行静脉输液治疗的患儿472例，其中2013年4月至2013年10月入院治疗的236例患儿为对照组，2013年11月至2014年4月入院治疗的患儿236为观察组。对两组患儿在输液过程中静脉输液不良事件、危险事件发生情况以及两组患儿家属对护理的满意度进行评价。结果：对照组反复穿刺、纠纷发生率显著高于观察组（P<0.05）；对照组针头脱落、刺伤发生率与观察组比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。对照组给药错误发生率与观察组比较差异无统计学意义（χ2=1.011，P>0.05）；对照组静脉炎、感染、液体渗漏发生率显著高于观察组（P<0.05）。结论：通过对儿科门诊静脉输液实施系统化风险管理措施，可显著降低各类静脉输液不良事件、危险事件发生率，提高护理满意度。 |

| Risk Management and Function Analysis of the Outpatient Department of Pediatric Intravenous Infusion |

| Objective: To investigate the effect of nursing risk management for venous transfusion in pediatric clinic. Methods: Select 236 ill children cured in pediatric of our hospital from April 2012 to October 2013 as control group, the traditional model of care in nursing was adopted. Select 236 ill children cured in pediatric of our hospital from November 2013 to April 2014 as observation group, the systemic risk management for venous transfusion in nursing was adopted. Adverse events of venous transfusion, the occurrence of dangerous events and the satisfaction of family members in two groups of patients for nursing were evaluated. Results: The incidence of repeatedly puncture and disputes in control group was significantly higher than that in observation group (P<0.05). The difference of the needle fall off and stabbed between two groups was not significantly (P>0.05). The difference of the incidence of drug delivery error between two groups was not significantly (χ2=1.011, P>0.05). The incidence of phlebitis, infection, fluid leakage in control group was significantly higher than that in observation group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The systemic risk management for venous transfusion in nursing could decline the incidence of dangerous events, and improve the satisfaction of patients towards hursing. |
