| 目的：通过参与严重脓毒症患儿的药物治疗实践，探讨临床药师参与抗感染治疗和开展药学监护的方法。方法：临床药师参与PICU收治的严重脓毒症患儿的治疗过程，参与制定治疗方案，根据治疗反应和病情变化及时调整方案。结果：通过临床药师对患儿药物治疗过程的药学监护，使患儿获得完善的个体化治疗，及时发现患儿的药物治疗问题，促进临床合理用药，提高患儿用药的安全性、有效性。结论：临床药师深入临床后，努力将药学理论知识优势和临床实践相结合，不断提高药物治疗水平，获得临床认可，在治疗团队中实现自己的价值。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective: Through the practice of drug treatment in children with severe sepsis, in order to explore the method of clinical pharmacists involved in the treatment of anti-infection and pharmaceutical care. Methods: Clinical pharmacists participate in the treatment of patients with severe sepsis in PICU, to participate in the formulation of treatment plan and adjust the program. according to the treatment response and disease changes. Results: Through pharmaceutical care for children’s drug therapy, children can obtain individualized treatment, timely detection of problems of drug therapy in children, promote rational drug use in the clinic to improve children’s medication safety and effectiveness. Conclusion: Clinical pharmacists, through their efforts of combining the theoretical knowledge of pharmacy and clinical practice, and constantly improve the level of drug treatment, can get the acceptance, and realize their value in the treatment team. |
